The Town of Nanton is currently responding to reports of fallen or damaged trees being weighted down by the recent heavy snowfall. We are asking all residents to use caution when driving, walking and/or parking near all trees. Please act safely around the trees and stay away from possible damaged power lines. If you see a fallen tree or branch, please call the Town Office at 403-646-2029. Residents are asked to call FORTIS Alberta at 310-WIRE (9473) to report any trees or branches that may have fallen on a power line or to report power outages.

Town of Nanton crews are working diligently and will continue to monitor the situation.
