Town Council is considering an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw to allow Moved-in dwellings as a discretionary use in the Residential Mixed Use - R5 land use district. The Public Hearing for proposed Bylaw #1359 has been scheduled for 7 pm at the December 6th Regular Council Meeting.
