Patio use for businesses:

With outdoor dining being the only option for eating out this may be a good option for some businesses. 

We have constructed (found in Schedule 'A') and unconstructed (to accommodated COVID restrictions and found in Schedule B)

For the summer, businesses are allowed to have patios, using sidewalks and parking spots.

Overview if on the road, the patio must be enclosed, marked clearly and ensure that a minimum road width of 20 feet.

If on the sidewalk, pedestrians must have a minimum of 5 feet of sidewalk or constructed boardwalk.

5 million liability needed, and the Town of Nanton needs to be added to the policy.
