Application referral for Lancaster Landing Subdivision Phase I – comment deadline April 20, 2021

The proposal is to accommodate the subdivision of an existing title into two multi-unit residential lots and two Municipal Reserve lots, all in accordance with the Lancaster Landing Area Structure Plan. Access to the residential lots is from 29th Avenue.
