Residential Decorating Contest; you don't have to enter, we find you! Judging happens Friday night starting around 6pm
Business Decorating Contest works the same way...you decorate it, the judges will find you!
Scavenger Hunt
Charm Bracelet Scavenger Hunt starting Friday at 10am, with 150 bracelets available (with 1/3 of them kept to sell at the Market on Saturday)

Kids' Craft Corner, hosted by the Ice Cream/Candy Store, Saturday 2-8pm
Mrs Claus visiting about town approximately 2-4 pm Saturday
Gingerbread House contest, hosted by NAPS at Ice Cream Store, on display starting Friday morning, with judging Sunday 3pm
