Council passed bylaw 1372/23 this month providing a long-needed updated to the Fire Protection regulations of the Town. Highlights include changes to violations and related penalties as well as clarification with respect to fireworks offences.

With a new Fire Protection Bylaw for Nanton, we have some modified regulations on Fireworks displays and significantly increased violation/ penalty information for illegal or unpermitted discharge.
